The G&M Safe Deck is a lightweight safety platform that functions both as a fall prevention solution and a safe working platform. Its unique design allows for versatile application across various construction scenarios. Key features include:

High Load Capacity

The system has undergone rigorous testing by Lucideon, a UKAS accredited laboratory, and can withstand uniformly distributed loads up to 2.0 kN/m².

Compatibility

It is the only lightweight safety decking on the market that allows a tube and fitting scaffold to be built through it while in situ, offering flexibility in construction processes.

Durability

 Manufactured from virgin HDPE material, the system is resistant to UV rays, chemicals, and rot, ensuring a long service life.

Custom Branding

We offer customised branding services, allowing clients to have the decking manufactured in their company colors and logos, enhancing brand visibility on-site and deterring theft.

Installation and Training Services

All installations are carried out by highly trained FASET CSCS Decking Installers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimal safety. For clients wishing to manage installations internally, G&M provides comprehensive training programs at their approved FASET training center in Middlewich, Cheshire. These courses cover platform decking and safety netting, equipping site personnel with the necessary skills to maintain a safe working environment.

Product Testing and Compliance

Our Safe Deck system has been tested to and successfully conforms with several industry standards required by FASET, including BS5973:1993, BSEN12811-1:2003, and ACR(M)001:2005. This ensures that the system meets rigorous safety and performance criteria, providing clients with confidence in its reliability.
